  I loved Ross, but here's the thing; I LOVED Ross. I had the worst experience with the staff at this store, even with the sales manager present. They were rude, snarky and totally disrespectful. I try my hardest to be as kind and understanding to retail workers as possible. I wanted to get a refund for a pair of Betsy Johnson yoga pants I had purchased here that ripped instantly and they refused to refund me because I had worn it! They gave me such a matter of fact attitude that was simply rude and implying that I was stupid for not having known this little 'fact' of their new return policy. I haven't visited Ross sense, and honestly I doubt I ever will, I'll take my business elsewhere where the employees aren't disrespectful and the company cares about their quality of products and their customers!
