  They pray on your significant other and try to guilt them into bigger and bolder and expensive rings. They ruined a happy time for us. We took our business elsewhere where we weren't made to feel bad.

  My boyfriend bought me necklace in December and gave it to Jan 3 for our anniversary and it has already broke less then two weeks I took it in today to explain the chain broke and it looks like it was a weak spot to begin with the sales lady agreed and start to write it up for repair I even showed her the warranty he got for it. Then she as she's finishing up she tells me me oh I remember him but he didn't want the warranty looks like he just got it for the diamonds so it'll be $36 to fix or you can pay $75 for the warranty he didn't want. Come on that's just wrong I've had it on less then two weeks and you guys won't fix it that poor customer service never will we spend money there again nothing but a sham!!!
