  Three weeks ago i called to order and large arrangement of fruit for my nieces family she was killed in a bad auto accident in hesperia. I called the store then they told me they couldn't deliver their brakes were bad in their vehicle Dec 23 I ordered on line for a delivery to Victorville for my family of my niece who died two weeks ago for christmas. They called me back and said they were too busy. I offered to pay double and told her what they told me two weeks ago. She said No. O have owned a business in chicago suburbs for 35 years and never turned down a customer who needed it in a hurry. Crappy customer service two times in three weeks

  Paid 140 for the large birthday bouquet and it had 6 chocolate pineapples, 6 chocolate covered strawberries, and some melon and grapes on a stick. They did not deliver the chocolate apples advertised and the messed up the first order to my wife's work. So after I cancelled the first time, I gave them another chance to deliver - very disappointed on what is represented and what I actually recieved.
